1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup Coconut oil
2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut
3/4 cup raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
3/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Granola Bar
This is a nice easy Granola Bar that you can make a few of and pop in the fridge and freezer. This bad boy is always a winner!

**For School OR people with Nut allergies no problem at all simple replace all nuts with Seeds and Tahini and BOOM you are set to go!
 
 
 
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
 
 
Directions:
  1. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper and set aside. Place almond butter, honey and 1/2 cup coconut oil into a saucepan and stir over medium heat just until everything is combined. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in coconut, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, salt and vanilla to the almond butter mixture. Spread in the parchment paper-lined pan and press down evenly.
  3. Pop it in the fridge OR freezer until set and cut it up into 5cm x 5cm squares.
** Portion sizes are important.
