This is a nice easy Granola Bar that you can make a few of and pop in the fridge and freezer. This bad boy is always a winner!
**For School OR people with Nut allergies no problem at all simple replace all nuts with Seeds and Tahini and BOOM you are set to go!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Coconut oil
- 2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper and set aside. Place almond butter, honey and 1/2 cup coconut oil into a saucepan and stir over medium heat just until everything is combined. Remove from heat.
- Stir in coconut, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, salt and vanilla to the almond butter mixture. Spread in the parchment paper-lined pan and press down evenly.
- Pop it in the fridge OR freezer until set and cut it up into 5cm x 5cm squares.
