ingredients

1 Pack (1kg-1.5kgs) of Chicken Necks
500gr - 1kg of Chicken Wings
3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

cooking procedure

If you are unsure if you and your family  would like Bone Broth OR if you have tasted some broth's and think it tastes like bone water this is the Broth for you to start with. Its like a nice warm Chicken Soup but FULL of amazing goodness AND it wont cost the earth 2.5ltrs for under $10 and yes that is using the good bones!

Add in after 12hrs

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic bulb cut in half
  • 1 Carrots
  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Tsp of Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Peppercorns
  • 2 Tbsp of Tumeric Powder

Directions:

  1. If you have time bake in the Oven for 45mins IF NOT place the top 3 ingredients in the Slow Cooker and fill to the top with water. In a 5ltr Slow Cooker you SHOULD get 2.5 litres of water in this bad boy. That is 2.5 ltrs of bone Broth as you will top the water up.
  2. Turn on Slow for 8-12hrs (overnight if you can). Top the water up and put the rest of the Ingredients in.
  3. Let brew for 24-36hrs and then drain.
  4. Portion out and serve.
